The Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India, has launched the DDAC EOI-cum-Proposal Proposal Portal—a dedicated online platform for submitting project proposals that promote social justice and empowerment. This initiative streamlines access to government grants and schemes for organizations working in social development, empowerment of marginalized communities, and inclusive growth.

What is the DDACEOICUM Proposal Portal?

The DDAC EOI-cum-Proposal portal is designed to make the proposal submission process transparent, efficient, and accessible. Applicants can submit, track, and manage their proposals online, ensuring real-time updates and direct communication with the Ministry.

Who Can Apply?

  • Only NGOs or organizations that are already running Composite Regional Centres (CRCs), District Disability Rehabilitation Centres (DDRCs), or De-addiction Centres under the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India, are eligible to apply.

  • The organization must have been operating these centres successfully for at least three years as of the date of the call for proposals.

  • This ensures that only those with a proven track record in running such facilities are eligible.

  • Conditions may be relaxed for Government hospitals or organizations, but this is at the discretion of the Ministry and is not guaranteed.x

Summary Table of Eligibility

Eligible Organizations Minimum Experience Required Special Note

    • Once registered, create your organization profile on the e-Anudaan portal using your Unique NGO ID and PAN card details

    • Review the eligibility criteria and guidelines carefully.

    • Complete the online application form and upload the required documents.
