During the COVID-19 pandemic, Better Hope NGO played an active and practical role in collaboration with volunteers and the Citizen’s Aid Collective team. We responded to distress calls through a combination of social media platforms, phone calls, and text messages. Depending on the urgency and nature of the need, we arranged for essentials such as:

• Food supplies

• Oxygen cylinders

• Ventilators

• BiPAP machines

• Home ICU setups

• Online medical consultations

• Ambulance services

• And, sadly, funeral services when required

Our efforts did not stop there. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by pregnant women, we intensified our outreach by collaborating with the National Commission for Women to ensure timely support and medical care for them.
